This could be one of the most dramatic finishes in ODI’s. Facing Vass, Chanderpaul hit a four and a six off the last two balls to hand West Indies a sensational one-wicket victory over Sri Lanka

Earlier in the day Sri Lanka recovered from 49 for 5 to pose a challenging 235 in front of windies, thanks to a sixth wicket partnership of 159 between Chamara Kapugedera(95) and Chamara Silva.(64)

Windies reply began solidly and were comfortably placed on 109 for 1, but the innings collapsed after debutant spinner Ajantha Mendis and seamer Nuwan Kulasekara, taking three wickets for one run.
